Provider subscriptions and technical support are separate costs unless your proposal specifically includes them. We confirm the accounts, required work, access and relevant fees before starting.
Existing email and website moves
Tell us where your email is currently hosted, the addresses involved and whether existing messages need to be moved. A website move does not automatically require an email migration. We review the existing provider and required DNS records before agreeing changes.
Configuration help
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and cPanel hosting mail use different account and sign-in methods. Use the instructions for your actual provider rather than applying cPanel server settings to a Microsoft or Google account.
