We offer ongoing website maintenance, troubleshooting and development, with the services and response arrangements agreed before starting.
Hosting, care and website changes
- Hosting keeps the website connected and available. It does not automatically include content changes or software maintenance. Shopify and BigCommerce hosting is included in their platform subscriptions.
- WordPress Website Care covers agreed routine updates, security measures, checks, monitoring and extra offsite backups. Simple-site care starts at $38.50 per month including GST; complex sites and WooCommerce are assessed separately.
- Support and development covers agreed changes and investigation. This can be quoted per task, covered by a monthly allowance or purchased as a prepaid block.
Monthly support has an agreed scope and allowance. Priority support does not mean unlimited changes or immediate completion. Additional work and costs are discussed before proceeding.
